Brainworks: Simple Tips To Increase Employees Mental Wellbeing

There is a battle going on every single day for our attention, our awareness, and our thought life.  This battle wears us down to the point where we lose attention and productivity.  While the true costs are considered immeasurable, recent studies have shown that unhappy employees have costs U.S. companies over $1 trillion in lost productivity (  https://www.gallup.com/workplace/608675/new-workplace-employee-engagement-stagnates.aspx)

BrainWorks dives deeper into the mental dimension (our brain, the “control center” for everything we do), and ways we can improve our ability to focus our energy on what matters most to us. We build from the bottom up - managing physical, emotional and mental energy.  You can have great physical and emotional energy, but if you lack focus you’re not able to bring that energy to the time and place that you need it. With all the demands on our mental energy right now, it’s critical that we have a plan in place for how to make sure we’re able to focus when it matters most.  We will discuss how to bring this into the workplace.
