About the event

This presentation, delivered by EDD representative Mariah Cantu-Nunez, is dedicated to helping employers navigate the Paid Family Leave and Disability Claim process.

During this webinar, employers will learn:

  • Their responsibilities when an employee applies for Paid Family Leave or a Disability Claim
  • How to integrate wages for your employee when they file a State Disability Insurance claim
  • Additional resources, such as a dedicated  phone line for employers in need of assistance
  • Employer's additional responsibilities and how to best handle them

Finally, at the end of the presentation, we provide time for employers to ask any non-claim specific questions.  This information is extremely beneficial to any HR professional or employer because it eliminates any barriers to clear communication.

If any attendee has questions prior to the webinar, please email admin@ccceac.org and we will forward the question to Ms. Cantu-Nunez so she is prepared to answer it during the webinar.
