Experience Measurement is the effort to measure and improve the experiences you provide to your employees, candidates, and more.

Effective LISTENING is essential to showing empathy and building a positive organizational culture. If we do not gather feedback from our employees on their needs, pain points, and more, we are building our solutions within a vacuum. What you THINK they need may not actually be the case.

Research indicates that organizations that listen to their employees and actually make improvements based on their feedback have higher satisfaction, productivity, and innovation.

The Good News: There are many ways that you can utilize experience measurement to help you gather key feedback to boost your business and program success.

THE BAD NEWS: Many folks don’t know how to ask for structured feedback correctly. For example - How many surveys have you received in the last week that you just deleted because they were poorly structured, too long, confusing, or just not relevant to you?

This workshop will overview a four step process to setting up effective listening programs including:

  1. Setting Clear Goals and Objectives
  2. Choosing the Most Effective Methodology
  3. Analyzing your Data the Right Way
  4. Acting on your Feedback'

It is encouraged that you bring a problem or key question that you need feedback on from your employees. You will be given a worksheet to start developing your plan for how to implement a program. Throughout the workshop, we will work through case studies and there will be an opportunity for you to ask questions about your own problem/solution.

About the Speaker: 

Nicole Ennen believes that people are the heart of all organizations. She is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Org Empathy Consulting, LLC which focuses on solutions to grow managers, teams, and organizations through the lens of empathy. 

Nicole brings a unique perspective to helping organizations develop their leaders, build interpersonal skills in employees, and create positive team cultures. She combines her Master's in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, over a decade of industry experience (including 7 years inside Google), her expertise in running an art business, and her experience on the board of a performing arts nonprofit (HarmonyWerks), to develop creative programs that help organizations balance the complexities of doing business and being human.
