About the event

Talent loss costs money, and a disengaged workforce can result in lost productivity. In this workshop, we will explore the key areas of Connection, Courage, and Commitment that managers should focus on to prevent talent loss. Based on the book "Love em or Lose em: Getting Good People to Stay" by Beverley Kaye, this workshop will provide practical insights and strategies for conducting effective Stay Interviews.

Through collaborative learning, interactive activities, and in-depth discussions, participants will learn how to effectively conduct stay interviews by applying essential steps. They will also gain the confidence to overcome stay interview challenges, customize a Stay Interview Planner, and effectively utilize the information gathered during the critical conversations.

Upon program completion, participants will be able to:

  • Apply effective questioning techniques to uncover employee motivations and concerns during Stay Interviews.
  • Develop personalized action plans based on Stay Interview insights to enhance employee engagement and job satisfaction.
  • Implement strategies to address common retention challenges identified through Stay Interviews, such as career development opportunities and work-life balance initiatives.
