About the event

Join us in-person for our breakfast seminar to learns tools on preventing harassment in the workplace, and to satisfy CA’s sexual harassment prevention training requirements for supervisors.

California law requires all employers of 5 or more employees to provide training to its supervisory and nonsupervisory employees on sexual harassment and abusive conduct prevention. Every two years, supervisory employees must receive at least two hours of training.

Andrew Shalauta, Partner and Chair of the employment practice at Donahue Fitzgerald, will provide an interactive and practical training, teaching supervisors essential management skills while discussing the legally required harassment related topics. The seminar will cover topics from protected categories, types of harassment, bullying, the responsibility and liability of supervisors, coworkers, and companies when addressing harassment, and best employment practices. Managers, Supervisors, and Business Owners are encouraged to attend.
